RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason that you are not satisfied with your prints we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all prints purchased from us within the first 14 working days of the delivery date.
This does not cover the photography session or photo shoot prints as this is non refundable and only applies to our (gallery/prints for sale) prints.
We can offer a full refund for the item within 14 days of the delivery date, but are unable to offer a refund for any delivery costs.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with your concerns and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us with evidence and we can refund the item purchase price or send you a new item after the item has been returned and inspected by ourselves.
